I wanted to share an article about a great success story for radio. We recently launched 1-800-MECHANIC and Ratchet and Wrench Magazine (a publication for auto shop owners) wrote an article about it. They interviewed someone who has experience using vanity numbers. The person they interviewed is an agency owner who saw sales increase 8x on radio using a vanity number.
There is a lot of good info here but his comments on radio are really on point for the forum.
