I am looking for some feedback from the community on what they are using for a CRM system? What was the learning curve like? Was it cost effective? Any feedback would be great.
Tim are you looking primarly for contact management software or something more comprehensive?
I would say something that would store all the client notes, and contact info, reminders etc. Something cost effective and compatible with mobile devices.
