As I delayed getting out of bed this morning it occured to me, with the clocks resetting back an hour this Sunday, this is an excellent opportunity to do more, without having to get up earlier. Our body clock is already set to get up at a certain time, say 7AM. But come work on Monday our body clock will get us up at 6AM (in most of the US). Now we have an extra hour to plan presentations, read some motivational material, exercise, finish the dreaded "paperwork", etc.
I realized I had wanted another hour in my day, and here it is. So before you reset your body clock and fall into habits, you can make this hour your new routine.

For those who wondered (you know who you are, thanks for the messages): Yes, I did get up at my normal time (according to body rhythm). My wife and I took our dogs for a walk in the forest. And will do it again tomorrow.
