The reason I have such a hard time with this one is they always have the same info - never want anything too involved - and we have many clients that advertise like-products and my create well is running dry! Not to mention they're difficult personalities to deal with...

Have you checked out Jeffery Hedquist's posts under Copywriting Tips discussion forum. He offers some great templates and techniques to help writers come up with a new angle or gambit. Might be just the thing you need.
