We do a monthly Station newsletter called "F.Y.I."; (attached) that we put in all our bills and mail/email to over a hundred other people:

If you want to be on the regular list, just send your mail or
email address to me [email protected].

If anyone else has a station newsletter, please
add me to your mail/email list.

We have a newsletter which goes out quarterly. In fact we just sent it out earlier this week. See attached. It's also available online at: http://www.cmsstationbrokerage.com/newsletter.shtml In between our full-blown newsletters, we send out quick mini-newsletters with just an item or two, just to keep up the top-of-mind awareness. BTW, we used to send out the newsletters from my MS Outlook. But lately we've been using Constant Contact and have been very happy with the service. The big benefit is that instead of asking people to open your email and then to open the pdf file attachment, with Constant Contact the email is right there in the body of the email. Good luck! We put out a quarterly newsletter for our company. We've actually tried to change things up a bit and not only send out a .pdf document, but we are starting to record them with a simple laptop camera. Let me know your thoughts. The month of August was our first attempt. So far so good on feedback. Might be interesting to try it at the station level as well.

Mail Chimp is another good resource for email campaigns and such.
