does anyone know a good program to manage my four stations account lists....not a CRM....just a way to have the account list in a central (web based) location. somewhere we can enter notes, have a "claimed date" give us an alert when they have sat on the account too long etc...

    thanks

try google documtents, you can share between you and edit them between all of you. I do believe you can export an excell spreadsheet as well. there's lots of templates in google doc to pic from as well. that may be the quickest and easiest way to get through it. Hope that helps. We use a system called... In A Box. It is a program designed for radio. Accounts get claimed, make appts (dropdown for type of appt. ie remote, cna, cold call) make notes after appointment and immediately prompts you to make next appt. It is a great system and our manager will resolve issues of which rep gets it based on the notes and dates. It also has production system. Check it out! Let me know if you need more information.

We use a program called ACT!2000...It allows you to do several different things...and can be set up so that it is private, or so everyone can access the client list. It also gives you all the alerts you need, and more!

Yes, I use ACT as well, I like it. I think it would be beneficial to find a program that does what ACT can do, and more. I like how ACT lets you keep yourself organized, it is like a computerized dayplanner that holds all your information. And yes, the account lists can be set to private if you have several account managers.

I've been on a mission lately to delete bad links at RSC, and one of those that came up in this thread was Rick Murphy's old Inaboxonline radio CRM app. The latest version of their CRM suite is now called InfluenceFM.  A Google search will get you to the right spot.
