What kind of Smartphone (iPhone/Blackberry) would you find useful?

I have a Blackberry and would LOVE an app that sent me an alert when my prospects were available to take my call....LOL
I am in the middle of that decision...the calendar and syncing it to my computer is the most important and will determine the choice. Unfortunately, the computer guys suggest talking to the phone guys and vice versa...so I am still in the discovery stage.
I have had the opportunity to use both devices. I currently use an iPhone. I really like the iPhone because I do use it for more than business. It will link well with Microsoft Outlook, has a good browser and GPS function and the email has gotten better with the recent update.
Most people here in the office have the iPhone and like it better than any Blackberry.
I love the Palm Pre! You can check appointments, emails and calendars and keep each app open! Not as trendy as the I-phone but I like it much better for doing business!
Now THAT would be incentive for me to get a Smartphone, LOL.
