I have a few favorites.
They are the ones that we have a mutual respect and admiration for due to honesty, trustworthiness and integrity. A couple are friends outside of our work relationship and that helps to cement the relationship beyond business. However, you have to be genuine and not force a relationship if there are not a lot of common reasons to do so.
