From Kurt Kaniewski: A quick question. You've closed a new account. And the client asks "why will people listen to my commercial"-like from beginning to end. Remember, this has NOTHING to do with your programming, strength of signal or station imaging. Those things will get a listener TO your commercial. But once they're there, what's the response when you're asked by someone (the client) who might not have any backround in our radio lingo, why will they LISTEN to it?
