Happy Friday, everyone!
We'd like to collect ideas for external station exposure, so for this week's poll question, we would like to know:
Whether it's promotional items (bumper stickers, T-shirts, etc.) or more unusual methods, what is your station doing to get your call letters/logo out there for everyone to see?
Looking forward to reading your replies!
We'll have a booth at events that make sense for our format. All the usual promotional items, although I like things that have staying power on someone's desk, like mouse pads, note pads, and such. We'll also trade for cross-promotion where ever it makes sense to do that, and that includes churches. I'm interested to hear if anyone can attribute measured audience growth to a particular growth strategy. Has anyone done FB ads long enough to see a difference?
We have a Station van and tent. We also give away hats, koozies, pens, keychains. We participate in a lot of parades and throw station stuff out as well as give out to our clients.
