Attracting and aggressively compensating salespeople

    Folks

I posted an opportunity for a salesperson to work from their home in their spare time. I posted something similar on Craigslist and got a terrific response but the discussion here has gone nowhere. I am a personality and not a radio business guy. Is there something inappropriate or taboo about suggesting someone can make extra money utilizing their existing contacts?

I found one guy who sounds terrific and I will have him attack his sweetspot which is fast food and consuer electronics.

I want to find a talented salesperson in the NYC metro area who has a complimentary sweetspot to the guy I already have and am willing to compensate aggressively so why isn't this working and what's the best way to get this message in front of talented salespeople who might want to earn some extra income in this difficult economy?

I'm new to all this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks so much, I will. Of course if you know any talented folks in the NYC market, I'm always open to a referral. In this case, it really is just a chance to make more money doing what someone does best. I appreciate your input and help.
