Happy Friday, everyone!
Here is this week's poll question:
What radio industry/sales newsletters do you subscribe to? Which are your favorites and why?
Looking forward to reading your answers - and please feel free to share the websites where RSC members can sign up for a subscription themselves . . . thanks!
The Lund Letter and Mark Ramsey's blog are my favorites.
Insight Edge Advertiser Intelligence, LBS Sales Ideas, LBS Selling Tips and Radio Sales Cafe
NTS Media Online and Talkers.com both publish daily online news re. the radio industry. Enjoy reading both of them.
I just got one from Dan O'Day today: https://www.danoday.com/free-stuff/ about writing radio ads. good stuff.
I look forward to the weekly emails from: http://philbernstein.com/ excellent common sense stuff.
I also write a bunch of common sense stuff that you can subscribe to at: http://www.scotthoward.me/ which is published 3 times a week and you can subscribe to.
The Lund Letter... only.
Other than that I read the following web sites daily before getting to the office:
Inc. Magazine
Consumerist
Entrepreneur
Fast Company
Marketwatch
Mashable
CNET
I find by reading these I get a LOT more information concerning business than any particular newsletter. The ONLY reason I read Lund is for info on FCC stuff.
Radio world, The Lund letter, Inside Radio, Radioinsight
Radio Sales Cafe, Tom Taylor, Lund letter. Everything else I've dropped because it wastes valuable time that could be used for selling.
Thank you, Damon . . . we very much appreciate that we're on your list! - Rebecca
Thank you for including RSC, Gary - we appreciate it!
