We have a limit: No more than two per stopset, four stopsets per hour, 24 hours 365.... or when their credit card maxes out. I KNOW that some people will question this on "programming" terms, but if the message is valid and put together right, then why not?

We have talked about it, but at this time have no policy in place. It hasn't been an issue really.

We have always limited the number of ads a client can buy in an hour to be 1/hour... we run anywhere from 2 breaks/hour to 4 breaks/hour depending on the daypart. Clients can however, buy additional non-spot inventory (live reads/promos) to get additional exposure.

We have that problem.......... but it is more an issue of the category and our ability to traffic for bad adjacencies within a category.
The programmers all have a hissy fit about a super heavy schedule for a singular client; but as a rule..........1 per hour... and they can fill their boots accordingly.
