How and how much to charge?

Hello all, I'm looking for some suggestions about selling internet radio.

I've been approached to sell advertising & sponsorships into a 60-minute internet radio program based out of LA. The show has aired for six years.  It's part of an internet network that's been on air for 11 years.

The structure is much like traditional radio with 30's, 15's, 10's, click thru links, sponsor mentions, etc.

But I'm trying to figure out how much to charge for commercials, show sponsorships, banner ads, podcasts, etc..

They, of course would like national & regional advertisers more than local advertisers.

The show is broadcast thru a network that airs similar programs. The network boasts being in the top 1-3% of all US websites and some other internet analytics. I'm trying to get info on her show, in particular.

I'd also like some suggestions on fair & reasonable revenue split. I would probably complete the entire sales & production process and send MP3 and contract to the show, for them to Traffic.  Wondering if 40% is too much?

This is a new project for me so I'm open to any and all suggestions.

    Thanks all.. Happy Friday.
