I had this thought this morning -
With the revival in Congress of the home buyers incentives, and the
inclusion of current homeowners being eligible, there is an opportunity
to get real estate agents on the air targeting local buyers that can now
move up in homes with the government incentives. They then may buy a
new roof, deck, bathroom, kitchen etc., and that can lead to more
plumbers, contractors, appliance and furniture stores on air, too.
