We have an account from a national advertising agency and this particular agency has requested that we provide invoicing in AAAA electronic invoicing format. (They are the first to ask us.) I've called the clearing houses that they listed and our billing system does not have the ability to output in this format.
If I can not provide the invoicing in this electronic format, what format can I provide my invoice in that they will pay us in a reasonable time? Please provide samples of what gets you guys paid... :-)
