Happy Friday, everyone!
This week’s poll question was inspired by an e-newsletter I received a couple of days ago from radio sales trainer Pat Bryson*, in which she discussed characteristics of a great salesperson; her list of desirable traits included a love of sales, the ability to listen, attention to detail, and several others.
So I thought it would make an interesting topic of discussion, for both sales managers and sales reps:
What traits do you believe make a GREAT salesperson?
Looking forward to reading your answers!

From Robert E. Lee on the RSC Facebook page:
Honesty. And genuine interest in your clients' needs. Without those two essential traits, get into another line of work...
The ability to stay on a prospect until you hear, "no." The ability to brand yourself as a peer, not a salesperson. The ability to create professional, easy-to-understand presentations. The ability to market yourself in the local business community as an advertising and marketing consultant.
