I sell mine in a three-month package, a specified dollar amount per month that they are charged at the end of each month during the season. Included with their six spots in each game each week, are:
24 promotional mentions each week before the game
12 :30 spots outside of the game ROS Sunday through Friday
Business name billboarded on the open and close of each game
Internet stream of the game
Fortunately, I have an AM and FM, so I can do two games at once each week, and I charge a higher rate for the AM side if they want some of their out-of-game spots to air on the FM also.
I sell football by the game ($75) and they get 4 :30 second ads in the game, mention in 20 promo ads per week and billboards. Our teams play an 8 game season and we are limited to 10 sponsors.
