A question near and dear to my heart.
No question, Donnie Castleman was my best sales manager. He expected a lot from us. He trusted us to do it. He invested time personally to demonstrate he cared about us. He was our advocate to ownership and looked for ways to help us succeed. He was not afraid to confront us when we needed it. He allowed us to have a loud voice.
A combination of my last two. A real listener for potential problems or opportunities that clients are telling us about, an advocate, a motivator, someone who will hold you accountable but help you figure out a way to get there.
