Seeking audio editor for iPad

    Wondering if anyone can recommend an audio editor for the iPad/iPhone platform.

    Specifically, I'm looking for a program that would allow me to import an existing mp3 file (from e-mail or DropBox), make some simple edits (cuts, loops, etc) and export the finished file. I know there are plenty of programs that can edit, but it seems you need to record your own audio as opposed to importing an mp3.

    I have a client that sends me :15 audio commercials, that I need to piggyback into a :30 with another file. I'd like to e-mail the file to my iPad (or open in DropBox), edit and send back.

    We use Adobe Audition it will do e dry thing you just mentioned, I use it with iOS all the time.
