Presentation Format--One Sheet/CD-ROM/USB Drive

When I started to sell my program back in the day, I used to use the venerable one sheet, and with my long term advertisers, I still do.  However, I'm thinking I might need to put a lot more in future presentations for new clients, so I'm looking for some best practices used by members to make their presentations more effective and helpful to the advertisers.

I'm thinking the mixed CD-ROM overall has less marginal cost than the one sheet and audio only CD, and that the temptation to use some spare USB jump drives (while economical) should be stifled.

My inclination would be to include basic audience and program information, testimonials, and perhaps an as aired program, or a web page that would link to my company website, that would open pages for advertisers.  That would mean a mix of Text Pages (probably in a locked PDF format) web pages, and audio/other media files.

    Thanks for any help.

What about a web-based presentation, that can be viewed and re-viewed (with or without you) at your prospects' convenience? All the text and multimedia you need...accessible anywhere, anytime...

That's certainly an idea; I could link that from my existing sales page, and also have locked but fillable PDF order forms, etc., as an immediate vehicle for the "call to action".  Thanks!
