Is anyone familiar with a company who puts out quarterly publications with radio scripts for various businesses? I used to work for a station that had boxes of these publications with great, generic scripts for all different types of businesses. Can't find anything about the company anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you a member of RAB? They have thousands od scripts online--along with hundreds of promotional ideas and industry specific articles.
I remember those generic script things. An occasional thought starter, but mostly junk. There's no way "generic copy" will be pertinent. So it won't sell.
A better investment is to learn how to write good copy. It's a lot more fun to be your own expert.
When you learn how to write great copy you'll get and keep more clients, and you'll make a lot more money. Take the Wizard Academy online course, Ad Writing 101. If you want a great career in radio, it's the best investment you can make in yourself.
