I'm seeking templates, examples, resources, etc. to help guide me in assembling an annual Sales Plan for a four station cluster.
My hope is to create an executive summary-like road map to guide and measure our growth and success.
Further, I'm hoping to emphasize progressive activity metrics and financial goals, as well as an annual training plan/philosophy to ensure we don't lose site of professional development.
Finally, I would like to revisit our compensation and incentive plans, and other opportunities to reward and retain our team.

The best resource for the money is the business planning book titled, The One Page Business Plan by Jim Horan. I have been using this planning methodology with my clients for their company plans as well as sales plans. I also have some resources on my web site that might help.
