Does anyone offer a customer service guarantee to clients?
I do. Sort of. To prospective clients. At Voice Creative we offer a demo commercial - full copy, voice and production - at 1/2 our normal rate. If the client likes it, terrific, let's work together. If the client is less than delighted, we will donate their payment to the charity of their choice. For good or bad, we've never had to make that charitable donation.
