I need some ideas of what kind of promotion or on air feature that I could present to an affordable housing developer, New Rock Developments. They are eager to hear an idea of how they can get people to their open houses and their empty lots that they plan to build on right now. Some ideas we have come up with is throwing a block party on the empty lots in the Springtime and potentially giving away a year's worth of house payments sometime next year.
If anyone has done a great promotion or an on air feature for a housing developer, please let me know, I would love to hear some feedback and ideas from you!
Additional business info: They offer up to $30,000 in mortgage assistance and you can choose from 11 floorplans for your Single Family Home. They are currently running a constant ad campaign that is a branding/ hard sell campaign.

What makes New Rock different? Most developers want to talk about the house. There's really nothing special about that. People move for "lifestyle". Tell me what my life and the life of my family is going to be like if I move there.
The best promotion I've heard is to to take one lot. Let people buy 3x3 foot sections of the lot for $25 (or some low price). On the day of the drawing, one person will win the lot for construction.
