Hey all. This is one I have had problems with for years. Some people tell me to Grow my own sales managers. Problem is turning a good sales person into a sales manager kills a good salesman! I have tried Monster.com, RAB and NAB daily emails.... nada.
So if you were looking to find a sales manager who is a street fighter with his people (does not direct from the desk... goes with them), were willing to pay them well with lots of incentive and give em a BMW as a company car (Z4)... well where would YOU find one?
