Client Satisfaction vs Loyalty

    How do you move your clients from just being "satisfied" to being "loyal"? "Satisfaction" is "I got what I came for." For me, that's a 5 on a scale of 1-10. "Loyalty" is where your client continues to buy, recommends you, resists the competition and will work through problems.
