Account Organization/Database/Program

    Hello all!

I currently am using a "flash card" method to organize my accounts. I have them grouped and make sure to go through one group of cards a week to make sure that at least every account is being contacted every 5-6 weeks. Then I write on the card any updates on the account.

I was thinking there HAS to be better technology to this method.

Is anyone using a program on their computer that can organize account info and updates, as well as tell you who needs to be called which week and so on?

I would appreciate any help and reviews on programs.

    Thanks!

Well my company uses www.inaboxonline.com... a fully integrated sales solution with copy modules, calendar modules, contract writer and about a dozen other things.  BUT... my company also wrote the program and have about 3000 users world wide.  Check it out and click the buttons for a free demo!

    Hi Laci.

I'm with the company that Chris Rolando mentioned in his reply, www.inaboxonline.com

Yes, there is a MUCH better way to handle your account maintenance and prospecting than the "flash card" method, its the Account Information Manager from Mad Dog Business Solutions and its a client relationship manager software desigined specifically for radio sales.  In addition to account and calendar organization, our software is a fully integrated system featuring a Contract Writer, Production Order system and a wide variety of sales tools.

We'd love to demonstrate our product to your company.  We can do this online at a date and time convenient for your team.  If you have any questions or would like to set up a demo, please contact me at [email protected]

    Thanks!

Gosh, I'm so old school.  I use a regular calendar.  I write the business name down on the date their ad expires, when their contract is about to expire, when any of my businesses have an event, and when I need to make a visit to the business!  It has worked well for me for over eight years, and calendars are FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
