How about something like.
.."Come on...you know you've always wanted to.....you know...just a little secret between you and you...or maybe you want to tell the world who you are! Come on...you know you've always wanted one...a TATTOO! then the advertiser information.
What is the name of the shop? that might be a way to get creative.

If you want to go one better than just copy, how about a promotion just for the tatoo shop? Our classic rock station just did a "Show us your tats" and it was VERY well received! This can be promoted on air and on-line. Listeners submit photos to the website (thus driving your web traffic) of their current tatoos for a chance to win a tatoo (limitations can be set by the parlor) from the client. Of course you'll also have listeners go into the tatoo parlor and pick out the tatoo they'd want IF they win. Now of course if they don't win, they're already excited about what tatoo they want and the premise is that they would buy it from the shop. Then you direct everyone to go onto your website to vote for the best tatoo from the submitted photos and that person wins the tatoo.
Now if someone does not have a tatoo but wants to win, they can do a drawing or a photo of the tatoo they'd like to have and submit that for votes as well.
This promotion drives store traffic, web traffic and it's just a cool promotion!
